The Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation has $25,000 in cash up for grabs.
The foundation opened ticket sales for its sixth annual Cash for Care Lottery yesterday.
Foundation Executive Director Lisa Tompkins says this lottery is raising money for tele-medicine equipment.
Tele-medicine is a program that allows patients to meet with specialists that are in different cities.

Tompkins encourages people to get their tickets because last year’s lottery was sold out six weeks ahead of the final draw.
There will be early bird draws in February, March and April with the final draw set for May 31st.
