A man from Highlands East will be in court later this month on drunk driving charges.
The Bancroft O.P.P. noticed the driver in Faraday on December 23rd on Highway 28.
Police pulled over the 65-year-old man over and he was charged following a chat with the officers.
His is charged with driving over the legal limit and driving with a suspended driver’s licence.
He has a court date of January 30th.
