News OPP investigating collision on Kushog Lake SHARE ON: Smith Autumn, contributor, Tuesday, Jul. 22nd, 2014 Haliburton Highlands OPP is investigating a collision that happened on Kushog Lake over the weekend. On Sunday, a bowrider hit the shoreline around 1:00 a.m. A 57 year old male from Toronto was driving with a male and female passenger. They were transported to Minden hospital and then transferred to the hospitals in Lindsay and Toronto with non-life threatening injuries. OPP reports say fog and thick mist covered the lake at the time of the collision. Current investigations are ongoing to determine if alcohol was also a factor.
