Yesterday’s Matt Duchene Gold Medal Classic has reached new heights. Executive Director for the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation, Dale Walker says they were over the moon with the turnout. Walker says early counts has the tournament bringing in around 65 thousand dollars. The tournament was to raise money for the Making Moments Matter Campaign for a new palliative centre in Haliburton.
