Well we may be happy about the state of our Blue Jays baseball team, but the same can’t be said for the bird in Haliburton County.
A report from the roads department says over 680 civic address signs have been damaged by Blue Jays to date. Photographs show the birds taking the numbers off the signs.
The department is contacting property owners and will be putting Plexiglas covers to prevent future problems.
