When the Land Division Committee meets on Monday they will be reviewing three applications for changes in Lot division.
One of the applications is purely to purchase another separate lot, which was met with little contention. The other two, however, were met with concern, as those applications were asking the committee to allow them to expand their lot into other lots. Concerned citizens felt that this was unfair to others that may want to buy the unoccupied lots in the future.
The Land Division Committee says that all applications need to go through the municipality where the lot resides.
