(Kenny Trenton) Minden Hills regular Council has a full schedule when they meet tomorrow (Thursday). On the schedule for the council is an update on the “no hot pet” campaign which is geared to educate people on the danger of leaving pets in vehicles, a presentation on the Minden Hills Terry Fox Run, a discussion on whether Minden will add 30 and 48 amp plugs for trailers on the Minden Fairgrounds, an update from Fleming’s septic system research. Also on the schedule is a discussion on a proposed NAFTA resolution that would see the Association of Municipalities in Ontario stand with the federal and provincial Government on NAFTA related decisions to protect Canadian jobs and economies. Also up for discussion, tomorrow is a petition signed by 15 people hoping to extend the no hunting zone along Bobcaygeon Road.
