The Municipality has announced on their website that they will be hosting a public consultation.
The purpose of the meeting is to go over a proposal to construct a new road, north of the Stanhope Municipal Airport to allow access to the airport business park. The Municipality says that the project is a Schedule B project under the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment.
Everyone with interest in the project is encouraged to attend the September 15th meeting being held at the Stanhope Firefighters’ Community Hall at 10:00 am. Any information or comments collected at the consultation and may be included in the study documentation going forward.
Feedback and thoughts after the consultation can be sent in until October 15th.
