Highlands East councilor Steve Kauffeldt told council turnout at the Cardiff pool this summer wasn’t what they were hoping for. He said colder weather drove a lot of people away, so he’s looking into heating options. Council approved applying for funding through the Green Municipal Fund for a feasibility study. If they’re approved, the money would cover one hundred percent of the cost.
