Lack of Customers Forcing Cook it up All Fall to Change Its Hours

Lack of customers is forcing SIRCH to reduce the Cook It Up All Fall Hours starting soon.

The fall edition of the Cook It Up program is changing its hours to only one day a week because of a lack of interest in the program. SIRCH announced on Twitter that they will only be offering to “cook it up” on Thursdays starting October 26th.

Cook It Up All Fall is a program that offers people the chance to order food prepared by graduates of the Cook it Up program, giving the cooks experience. The proceeds from Cook It Up all Fall goes back into SIRCH’s other programs.

Originally, the hours for the program was every Monday and Thursday through the fall but SIRCH says that Monday saw lower numbers than they would’ve needed to warrant staying open on both days.

The revised menu for Cook It Up will be released next week, but SIRCH adds that your feedback is appreciated. Any suggestion on the menu or the Cook It Up program you can direct that to SIRCH by calling 705-457-1742.
