The Minden Food Bank is still waiting on their new location, but in the meantime they got approval to use the community kitchen. Minden Hills council approved using the kitchen at the community centre at times when other groups are there so there’s no additional cost. The kitchen will be used twice a month in October and November to cook and freeze meals for seniors in the community.
