Haliburton County residents are without power today, thanks to last night’s high winds.
Customers in Haliburton, Wilberforce, Harcourt and Algonquin Highlands are dealing with the aftermath of the high winds that blew through the area last night and this morning. According to the Hydro One outage map, the power is expected to be restored at various times throughout the day.
Power in Haliburton is expected back on around noon, the power in Algonquin Highlands around 1:45, Harcourt’s power is expected back around 1:00pm, and Wilberforce is expected to be back online at 3:00pm.
