If are planning on parking on public roads in Minden, you’re running the risk of a tow.
With the winter in full swing, the Township of Minden Hills is reminding the public that they are enforcing the winter parking and snow removal restrictions.
According to Shannon Prentice with Minden Hills, if you leave your car or trailer on the road, it could get towed away. Prentice asks everyone to avoid issues by not leaving your vehicle on public roads, cul-de-sac’s, or dead-end roads.
Another reminder coming from the township is to not throw snow onto public roads because it could cause the road to become unsafe.
