The Chamber of Commerce is offering up the chance to meet Haliburton County’s fire chiefs.
Every month, the Haliburton Highlands Chamber of Commerce hosts a breakfast for its members as well as members of the public. At each of the monthly breakfasts, they bring a guest speaker or speakers to give the people in attendance a speech on topics relevant to businesses. The guest speakers for this month is supposed to be all four of the municipal fire chiefs in Mike Bekking, Mike Cavanaugh, Mike Iles, and Chris Baughman.
The “Meet the Chiefs” Breakfast is going on Tuesday, January 15th. According to the chamber, the goal of this particular breakfast is to inform business owners about fire safety and why it is important to know as an owner.
