Running for Deputy-Reeve in Dysart is Dennis Casey and he says the budget will be the biggest challenge in the next term of council. It’s usually done in late December, early January and Casey says they have the new OPP model to take into account.
The three biggest budget items are roads, protection and landfills. Casey says council will also have issues like the environment to look out for.
