With the beginning of summer coming up, Algonquin Highlands is offering a septic refresher course.
The township announced it is hosting an information session to do with the Septic Re-inspection Program that is going on across the county. Coming up next Saturday is what the town is calling the “septic social”.
The event is at the Stanhope Firefighters Community Centre at 10:00am. And the goal of the social is to give residents the chance to ask questions of the WSP Project Team. The idea is that residents get to familiarize with the inspection process.
During the event, WSP will be fielding questions, not just about the inspection process but also the septic reinspection program. Aside from the Q&A, WSP will be giving a 45-minute presentation.
