HALIBURTON, ON-Environment Canada says the Haliburton area can expect to see freezing rain and ice pellets this weekend.
The rain is expected to change into freezing rain, ice pellets or snow Saturday afternoon and will continue into the night before ending Sunday morning.
Ice build-up is likely for areas that receive mostly freezing rain.
Environment Canada said that it is not sure where the freezing rain, snowfall and ice pellets will fall but warnings may be put up closer to the weekend. 
Travel is expected to be dicey throughout Southern Ontario on Saturday and Sunday.
