Insurance is on people’s minds.
Drivers are looking for reductions in rates right now since they’re not on the road.
MPP Laurie Scott says the Ministry of Finance changed a regulation last week, so that if people aren’t driving as much, not driving to work, the insurance companies can give customers a rebate.
MPP Scott says people have to talk to their insurance company or they can go to Ontario.ca.
If someone wants assistance, they can phone Laurie Scott’s office to make the insurance rebate happen, because she says “we are all facing the fact that we are at home”.
