Emergency fund set up for McConnell family after fire destroys family home and business

The West Guilford community has set up an emergency fund to help the McConnell family after their home and business burnt in a fire yesterday. The Dunloe Farm B&B went up in flames after Darlene McConnell was pulled out by Barry Misco who happened to be passing by. No one else was in the house when it happened, but a few family pets were lost. Close friends to the family, Sandy Stevens and Bev Hicks have set up an emergency fund at CIBC. Donations can be given at either Minden or Haliburton locations. The transit number is 03242 and the Account number is 7870590. To find out more ways you can help the family, contact Sandy Stevens at Millenium Lifestyle 705-457-1700.
