Haliburton OPP is asking for the public’s help after officers responded to a break and enter call.
Just after midnight this morning, officers got a call about a man who had entered a home through a window on Harvest Moon Lane. He left before officers arrived, and the person inside was unharmed.
OPP’s Emergency Response Team and Canine Unit attended but weren’t able to locate the man.
The suspect is described as 6 feet tall with a medium build and wearing dark clothing. The investigation is ongoing.
Police are asking the public to be vigilant and lock all doors and windows. They’re also asking anyone to check security cameras and report anything suspicious.
