The weekend included 18 teams from across the province compete for the title. Walker says this year they added a Pub Night and Hot Stove Lounge on the Friday where former NHL players and referees talked about their careers and told their stories from the NHL. Walker says from the feedback they heard, the night was a success.

The annual tournament is expected to continue next year in Haliburton.
