NewsMinden Hills opens document to regulate community grants SHARE ON: Smith Autumn, contributor, Thursday, Feb. 12th, 2015 Minden Hills council got a first look at a Community Grants Policy today. Director of Community Services, Mark Coleman presented the policy which outlines what community organizations will be eligible to receive grants from the municipality, and how much will be given. Reeve Brent Devolin said the policy is a good mechanism to make sure all the parties are satisfied when a request comes forward. Councilors will be working with Coleman on the policy over the next few weeks and the final policy is set to be approved at the February 26th meeting.
