Minden Hills has completed their budget for 2015. At today’s meeting, council approved their revenues and expenses, which CAO/Treasurer Lorrie Blanchard says makes a balanced budget. In a February meeting, Blanchard said they were looking at a 5.9 per cent increase overall. In today’s meeting, she said they’ll be waiting until they have the education and county tax rates before passing their rate by-law.
