Phillips says these cooler than normal temperatures will be good for the area.
Good news is we can expect a normal spring overall. Phillips says we just have to be patient as nature takes its time to warm things up.
Meantime, the short term forecast shows temperatures in the next 10 days or so will be about 5 degrees colder than normal for this time of year.
