Information about a new cell tower in Algonquin Highlands is coming forward at the council meeting today. The tower is being proposed by Bell Mobility for Fletcher Lake at the intersection of Livingstone Lake Road and Bear Lake Road. It would be a trellis style tower and 80 meters in height.
Councilors will be looking at the proposal to see if it falls in line with their policies, which will determine if it’s approved or not.
The meeting is open to the public and is scheduled for 9:00 a.m.
