You can start collecting all of your household hazardous waste. Items like cleaners, pesticides, paints, used motor oil and propane tanks will be accepted at area landfills on a few specific dates this summer.
Minden Hills just had their first Household Hazardous Waste Day this past weekend, and their next one is in June.
You can go to your municipality’s website to find out details. Anyone dropping off waste is required to have their user identification card.
