A tornado watch is in effect for Haliburton County. Around 10 o’clock this morning, Environment Canada reported that conditions are favourable for severe thunderstorms, which could produce an isolated tornado.
The watch has been issued for most of Southern Ontario, and surrounding areas of Haliburton County including Muskoka and Bancroft.
If threatening weather does approach, you’re being advised to take cover immediately.
