News Driver Flees the Scene of Collision in Haliburton SHARE ON: Ken Nichol, contributor, Friday, Oct. 25th, 2013 Police are looking for a driver that fled the scene of a collision Saturday. On October 19 around 6:30 pm, a vehicle stopped on County Road 21 at the lights at Todd’s Independent in Haliburton, was rear-ended by a car which then stalled. The driver and passenger got out of the vehicle and pushed it, only to have it roll into the RPM parking lot and crash into a new crated snowmobile. The suspects fled the scene in the car which is described as a light blue or turquoise four door, possibly a Neon.
