The client numbers at Community Support Services are increasing, so they’re looking for more volunteers. Coordinator of Volunteer Resources, Brigitte Gebauer says the increase all has to do with our aging population.
Gebauer says there is a shortage of volunteer drivers to help clients get to medical appointments, and to deliver the Meals on Wheels program. There are other areas that need volunteers, with some training and compensation provided.
