Charges laid in Kawartha Lakes. OPP stopped a vehicle speeding on Pigeon Lake Road Monday. He was clocked going almost 35 kms an hour over the speed limit and charged. The 27 year old Peterborough man was also charged with driving with a suspended license. He’ll appear in Lindsay court in February.
