OPP are not laying charges in a shooting investigation in Haliburton. The incident happened the night of August 16th at a home on Highway 118. When police got there, 62-year-old Michael Chapman was dead. OPP say there was another man involved in the incident, who they found later that night. He was taken to hospital, but police are not releasing his name. Police say both men suffered gun-shot wounds. The investigation is closed.
