Haliburton Highlands OPP officers have found the car of a man who’s been missing for about two weeks. David Palmer is 47 and went missing from Bowmanville early in October. Durham Regional Police say he’s never been missing before but he suffers from health issues and requires medication.

A Clarington newspaper reports Palmer’s vehicle was found abandoned on a remote road in Haliburton County last week. Police say there’s a concern for his safety, and are asking for information.

Palmer is described as a white male, 280 pounds and about 6 feet tall. You can go to our website for a picture.
