A local coalition is reaching their goal to start a partnership for water management. The Coalition for Equitable Water Flow has created the Upper Trent Watershed Water Management Partnership. Members include each municipality in Haliburton County, the Municipality of Trent Lakes and the Township of North Kawartha. The partnership will be working on high and low water plans, governance, and an integrated water management plan.
