Over 6,000 people in Haliburton County are still without power this morning. Hydro One says the outages are a result of yesterday’s storm, and it could be awhile before the lights come back on.
While some people could see power restored as early as 4:00 this afternoon, most won’t be back up and running until tomorrow night.
The outage is impacting just over 65,000 customers in Ontario.
