There are some changes coming to fees and charges in Algonquin Highlands. The topic has been debated for months and final changes are coming forward. Things like a walk up fee for the Dorset Tower and increases to hall rentals are part of the list. There are also changes to fees for the Water Trails and certain waste disposal. The Township will be advertising the fee changes before they’re made final. The by-law is expected to be passed next month and the new fees will be in place starting January 1st.
