The warm weather in Haliburton County will continue according to Environment Canada. Over the past month, temperatures have reached between minus five and plus 10. These temperatures are very rare in these months and Meteorologist Peter Kimbell says part of this has to do with the Super El Nino.

Kimbell says snow isn’t in the forecast for Haliburton County until at least December 17th. He says the chances of a white Christmas are slim.

He says temperatures are already six degrees above average from last year and says that won’t change anytime soon.
