Keeping track of snowy roads in Haliburton County will get a lot easier when the white stuff hits. The MTO recently expanded its Track My Plow pilot project to the Huntsville contracted regions, which includes provincial roads in Haliburton County.
The service will allow residents in the area to go to the Track My Plow website and see if your provincial roads were plowed within the last hour.
On top of this, the MTO has installed three new highway cameras on Highway 11 in Gravenhurst, Highway 400 in Severn, and Highway 118 in Haliburton.
