Two people are facing fraud charges after an investigation by the Kawartha Lakes OPP. Police started investigating fraud related to a number of unauthorized credit and bank transactions in December. Police determined that between February 1st and May 31st 2015, a senior from the City of Kawartha Lakes had $40,000 stolen. Police say, a 29-year-old woman and 36-year-old man from Owen Sound are facing charges of Fraud over $5,000 and Identity Theft. Both are set to appear in a Lindsay court in February
