The Liberal Government is developing a survivor-centred strategy to assist in prevention of human trafficking in Ontario.
MPP Laurie Scott says this is part of the ‘Its Never Okay’ action plan, calling for an end of the attitudes and behaviours related to sexual violence and harassment.
Scott says she hopes the government follows on its good work, and enacts her bill ‘Saving The Girl Next Door’ immediately to help the violence against women.
