Haliburton OPP wants to remind residents in the area of the consequences provided from drinking and driving.
The City of Kawartha Lakes OPP responded to a concerned citizen about a possible impaired driver in Fenelon Falls.
Further investigation lead to an arrest for diving with more than 80 mg of alcohol in his blood.
The driver will appear in Lindsay Court on March 24th.
