Haliburton County Fleming College is trying to tackle climate change.
The school is urging Ottawa to use its March 22 budget to fund the college in a project to make the school more energy efficient.
The college says campuses should be a priority as Ottawa looks to invest.
According to Fleming College they have made a five year plan that helps areas of water, energy, and transport.
