A Toronto man has been charged by Haliburton Highlands OPP on highway 35.
The driver was in Minden Hills Township going 132 km in an 80 zone on March 10th.
An officer was conducting radar patrol and noticed the car.
The 45 year old man has been charged with Race a Motor Vehicle.
His license has been suspended for seven days.
