An Oshawa man will finally get his day in court for a Minden break and enter dating back to June 2012. Earlier this month Durham police notified the Haliburton OPP that they had the 23 year old in custody after he was stopped for an unrelated matter. He now also faces charges for failing to appear in court and attended a bail hearing in Lindsay last week.
