Highlands East Municipality is inviting people to join their environment committee during Earth Week.
On Saturday April 23rd, between 10:00am and 12:00pm, residents are being asked to pick up garbage around the area.
Economic Development and Business Coordinator Chris Tighe says gloves can be picked up at municipal offices, library branches and landfills.
Anyone interested can register by calling the Highlands East municipal office.
