The Township of Minden Hills has sent out a water advisory for the surrounding lakes and rivers.
They say the water level of Gull River will rise as much as one to two centimeters and will remain high.
The Township of Minden Hills says water is flooding in low-lying areas along McKnight, Invergordon, Prince, Anson and Orde streets.
They say most of the ditches around the area are full.

Residents are advised that sand and sandbags are available at the following locations:
S.G. Nesbitt Community Centre, located at 55 Parkside Street.
Roads Department located at 4564 County Road 121.
Furnace Falls Park Front Turnaround – County Road 503.
