A Dysart et al man has been charged with impaired driving.
On Saturday, the Haliburton Highlands OPP conducted a traffic stop on Harburn Road.
Officials spoke to the driver which led to a road side screening device to test if he had been drinking.
Police officers brought him to the Haliburton Highlands station after he failed the test.

They have suspended the driver’s license for 90 days.
He will appear in the Minden court on May 4th.
