A woman from Kawartha Lakes is facing charges after a single-vehicle collision.
On April 10th, OPP were called to Sadowa Road where they saw two people trapped inside a vehicle.
They say the passenger, 59-year-old Glen Cummins, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police found out that the driver, 58-year-old Lottee Katona, had been driving while impaired.
She will make her first appearance in Lindsay Court on May 1st.
