CARP Haliburton Highlands Chapter 54 needs volunteers to help complete simple income tax and benefit returns for seniors and low income individuals in our county. They will be holding clinics in March and April in Minden, Dorset, Kinmount and Gooderham and need help at these locations. The program is being held in conjunction with the Community Volunteer Income Tax Preparation program through the Canada Revenue Agency. If you can help, call Elaine at 705 754-3681.
