The Township of Minden Hills may approach Parks Canada to tell the community how the water system works.
Council members say people know that the area is flooding, but they aren’t sure what is happening and how workers are handling the situation.
They say the communication is 100% better than when it flooded in 2013.
Councillor Ron Nesbitt says he gets phone calls about the flood and isn’t sure how to answer because he doesn’t know.
The idea has been left with council members and they are going to see what they can do to educate the public.
