A noise complaint leads to impaired charges. Early yesterday morning Haliburton OPP was called to a house on Lutterworth Pines Road because loud music was being played. When police arrived they found a man extremely intoxicated sitting in a running pickup truck. The 25 year old from Minden Hills was arrested for impaired and is scheduled to appear in Minden court on March 5.
